SFTH Community Constitution Amendment
The SFTHC Council approved the amendment proposed to the Community Constitution in its June 11, 2023 meeting by Resolution 23-01.
The Amendment improves and simplifies the Community Constitution.
A letter from the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska’s Program Compliance Department dated December 22, 2023 is sent to all Community voters with instructions on electronic voting for the Constitution Amendment, which votes must be cast by January 24, 2024. The letter includes a link to the Central Council webpage with the Amendment information, and the number to call to request a paper copy of the information via US mail.
